Shop Clean-up 2022 <br /> Outer Shop Area <br /> 1. Remove any fire hazardous items (Firewood ask Richard Hogue) <br /> 2. Have hazardous containers closed properly and stored without possible leakage <br /> 3. Go through large crate, separate metal from garbage and dispose of non-salvage <br /> 4. Store hoses in the shade <br /> 5. General clean-up around shop yard, weed eat, remove puncture vines, etc <br /> 6. Clean side by sides, keep bed free of debris and store tools in toolbox <br /> 7. Inventory paint, see if any is usable and store. Collect old and Terri will properly dispose <br /> 8. Clean out decor trailer, keep yard lights, metal decor, store older items separately and <br /> find container for recently removed items. <br /> 9. Locate green paint and use for Plywood covers <br /> 10. Any spills, clean immediately <br /> 11. Fix leaking faucet <br /> Inside Shop <br /> I. Clean all areas <br /> 2. Organize flags and cover to keep clean <br /> 3. Make list of supplies and get to Laura for recording and ordering (Oil collection pans, cat <br /> litter, cleaning supplies, bathroom supplies, water) <br /> 4. Take inventory of Liners and Vaults record and have Laura make Inventory Control Sheet <br /> 5. Organize shop counters, tools <br /> 6. Record last maintenance details on calendar <br /> Monuments <br /> 1. Inventory, organize, provide Laura with family names for contact <br /> 2.
