Violations that are classified as"MAJOR"pose an immediate threat to public health <br /> and have the potential to cause foodborne illness.All major violations must be corrected immediately.Non-compliance may warrant immediate closure of <br /> the food facility. <br /> OVERALL INSPECTION NOTES AND COMMENTS <br /> FOOD ITEM--LOCATION--TEMP°F--COMMENTS <br /> No Temperature Data Collected <br /> COMMENTS AND OBSERVATIONS <br /> On site for complaint inspection. Alan Lee(Manager)unaware of complaint. Men's and women's restrooms were clean at the <br /> time of the inspection. The women's restroom lacked soap in the dispenser. This was corrected on site. Both restrooms <br /> were observed with a lot of graffiti. <br /> No major violations. <br /> Discussed report with Alan Lee(Manager).
