The following is an itemized list of hazardous waste violations that have not been <br /> addressed for JAS EXPRESS INC as of September27 , 2022 . <br /> Open violations from August 15 , 2022 inspection <br /> ❑ This violation was corrected ❑ This violation will be corrected by (date) . <br /> ❑ Supporting documents included <br /> Describe actions taken or will be taken to correct violation : <br /> Violation #601 - Stored hazardous waste onsite greater than 180 days (90 days acute / extremely) . <br /> OBSERVATION: The following hazardous waste containers were found on-site with an accumulation start date of <br /> greater than 180 days or no accumulation start date : <br /> -A black plastic tote of used oil located inside a trailer did not contain a label . <br /> -Ten 1 -gallon jugs of used oil located North of the shop did not contain a label . <br /> -Two 5-gallon used oil containers located on the North side of the shop did not contain a label . <br /> -A black 55-gallon drum of oily liquid with metal chains inside did not contain a label . <br /> -A black 55-gallon drum of paper oil filters did not contain a label . <br /> -Two 55-gallon drums of oily solids did not contain a label . <br /> -Three 55-gallon metal drums of nonmetal filters , used oil filters and drained used oil filters did not contain a label . <br /> REGULATION GUIDANCE: Title 22 California Code of Regulations section 66262 . 34 . <br /> CORRECTIVE ACTION: Immediately dispose of the hazardous waste stored on site greater than 180 days in <br /> compliance with Title 22 California Code of Regulations . Provide a corrective action statement and a copy of the <br /> disposal records to the San Joaquin County Environmental Health Department ( EHD) within 30 days . <br /> ❑ This violation was corrected ❑ This violation will be corrected by (date) : <br /> ❑ Supporting documents included <br /> Describe actions taken or will be taken to correct violation : <br /> Page 4 of 6 <br />
