Refer to this section <br /> and California Department of Toxic Substances Control guidance for more information. <br /> CORRECTIVE ACTION: Immediately label all empty containers with the date they were emptied and manage <br /> within one year of that date. Manage the container per Title 22 CCR section 66261.7. Provide a corrective action <br /> statement and supporting documentation to the San Joaquin County Environmental Health Department(EHD) <br /> within 30 days. <br /> This is a minor violation. <br /> 601 CCR 66262.34(d)Stored hazardous waste onsite greater than 180 days(90 days acute/extremely). <br /> OBSERVATION: The following hazardous waste containers were found on-site with an accumulation start date of <br /> greater than 180 days or no accumulation start date: <br /> -Blue 55-gallon plastic drum containing used oil did not contain a label with an accumulation start date. <br /> -Black 55-gallon metal drum containing used oil filters did not contain a label with an accumulation start date. <br /> -White 3-gallon bucket of waste antifreeze did not contain a label with an accumulation start date. <br /> -White 200-gallon plastic tote tank of used oil contained an accumulation start date of 8/2/2019. <br /> -2 black and one red plastic 5-gallon bucket containing used oil did not contain a label with an accumulation start <br /> date. <br /> -One yellow metal drum of lubricant located in the hazardous waste storage area did not have a label with an <br /> accumulation start date. <br /> -One black with a red lid metal drum of lubricant located in the hazardous waste storage area did not contain a label <br /> with an accumulation start date. <br /> -One blue 5 gallon bucket of gear lube did not contain a label with an accumulation start date. <br /> REGULATION GUIDANCE: Title 22 California Code of Regulations section 66262.34. <br /> CORRECTIVE ACTION: Immediately dispose of the hazardous waste stored on site greater than 180 days in <br /> compliance with Title 22 California Code of Regulations.
