The property owner at the time <br />was Leonard Lynch. The County was issued an Inspection Warrant and Authorization to Abate <br />on July 14, 1997, in regards to the Lynch property for conditions of non -conformity with the <br />County Ordinance Code. The abatement action was carried out and completed between July 14 <br />1997, and August 11, 1997. <br />On April 22, 1998, Steve Mindt, an Environmental Health Division employee <br />a routine inspection at 23023 South Santa Fe Road.
