How often the training <br /> will be conducted. <br /> e. Location of nearest hospital and route. <br /> f. Anticipated hazards that might be encountered during the site work. <br /> g. Level of safety training each site worker has received. <br /> h. Types of site monitoring that will be conducted during the site work. <br /> i.
