a <br /> k. The site plan must include volumetric estimates of waste that is to be <br /> removed from the site. <br /> 1. Describe the method of documenting work,volume of waste to be <br /> consolidated. <br /> m. The site plan needs to describe how the cap will be constructed, type of <br /> soil to be used and volumetric estimates of soil required to construct the <br /> cap. <br /> n. Describe how the capped area will be secured. <br /> o. Describe how the waste removed from the excavations be sort, sifted or <br /> separated from the soil that is excavated. <br /> p. Describe how the soil and waste will be handled after separation. If the <br /> soil is to be placed back in the area considered clean, what sampling <br /> methods will be used to determine the levels of potential contaminates in <br /> the soils. <br /> q. Describe the method used to determine if the waste is hazardous and <br /> requires special handling and disposal. <br /> r. Describe how hazardous waste will be handled once it is found. <br /> s. Describe dust control methods to be used during site work. <br /> t. Include all permits that have been obtained to conduct site work (San <br /> Joaquin County Building Department Grading/Excavating—Permit; Air <br /> Pollution Permit). <br /> u. Include cost estimate for the proposed site work and cleanup. <br /> v. Include time line estimate for work to be completed. <br /> w. Indicated the times you will call for LEA visits to monitor progress. <br /> x. Discuss final concurrence of other Agencies e.g. RWQCB, as required. <br /> y. Discuss type of proposed land-use for the site after the site work has been <br /> completed. <br /> 2. Site Specific Health and Safety Plan <br /> a. Names of employees that will conduct the site work. If no employees will <br /> be used during any of the site work, provide names of immediate relatives <br /> and their relation to you. <br /> b. Describe types of Personal Protective Equipment(PPE)that will be <br /> available onsite. When the PPE will be used and it's capabilities. <br /> c. If the excavations are over 4 feet in depth what measures will be used to <br /> prevent a collapse of the excavations. <br /> d. Type of site safety training that will be available. How often the training <br /> will be conducted. <br /> e. Location of nearest hospital and route. <br /> f. Anticipated hazards that might be encountered during the site work. <br /> g. Level of safety training each site worker has received. <br /> h. Types of site monitoring that will be conducted during the site work. <br /> i.
