The injunctive provisions of this Stipulated Judgment are applicable to <br /> 2 plaintiff, its members, officers, employees, agents, and representatives, to all persons acting by, <br /> 3 through, under, or on behalf of plaintiff, and to all persons acting in concert with or participating <br /> 4 with plaintiff with actual or constructive knowledge of this Permanent Injunction. <br /> 5 3. Plaintiff, its members, officers, agents, employees, representatives, and all <br /> 6 persons acting in concert or participating with it are hereby permanently restrained and enjoined <br /> 7 from violating Title 14, California Code of Regulations, section 17331 (Frequency of Refuse <br /> 8 Removal) and San Joaquin County Ordinance, Code No. 5-2400 (Accumulation of Refuse, Waste <br /> 9 and Filth Prohibited), in connection with its ownership of that certain real property described as- <br /> 10 <br /> s10 23023 S. Santa Fe Road, Riverbank, California, APN#249-060-13 ("the Property"). <br /> 11 4. The Plaintiff shall comply with all applicable land use restrictions with respect <br /> 12 to the Property including, but not limited to, Title 27, California Code of Regulations, Section <br /> 13 21190(c); <br /> 14 5. The Plaintiff shall comply with Title 27 California Code of Regulations, <br /> 15 section 20530 and will secure the site in a matmer designed to discourage unauthorized access to the <br /> 16 property; <br /> 17 6. The Plaintiff shall comply with Title 27 California Code of Regulations, <br /> 18 section 20650 and grade and maintain the site to allow lateral run-off and not allow the water to <br /> 19 puddle or pond. <br /> 20 7. The Plaintiff shall comply with Title 27 California Code of Regulations, <br /> 21 section 20750 and will make, at least, documented monthly site inspections; <br /> 22 8. The Plaintiff shall comply with Title 27 California Code of Regulations, <br /> 23 section 20820 and will make note of any erosion in the disposal areas during the monthly <br /> 24 inspections and make repairs when weather allows. <br /> 25 9. The Plaintiff shall comply with Title 27 California Code of Regulations, <br /> 26 section 20830 and remove all surface debris and maintain the site free of litter and garbage. <br /> 27 <br /> 28 <br /> -5- <br /> STIPULATION FOR ENTRY OF FINAL JUDGMENT <br />
