Plaintiff shall allow the County reasonable access to the Property for purposes <br /> 2 of the County's participation in the Solid Waste Disposal and Codisposal Site Cleanup Program <br /> 3 (Pub. Res. Code §§ 48020 - 28028). <br /> 4 11. Notice and Order No. 00-01, issued to plaintiff on or about April 10, 2000, <br /> 5 pursuant to California Public Resources Code sections 45000, 45005, and 45028, and shall be held <br /> 6 in abeyance and subject to this Stipulation and Final Judgment. <br /> 7 12. This Stipulated Judgment, including the Permanent Injunction, shall be <br /> 8 effective and enforceable immediately upon entry by this Court. Entry of this Stipulated Judgment is <br /> authorized immediately upon filing of same. <br /> 9 13. Plaintiff shall disclose the Stipulation and Final Judgment herein to any and all <br /> 10 prospective purchasers/buyers of the property; <br /> 11 14. Plaintiff agrees that the Stipulation and Final Judgment herein is binding only <br /> 12 upon Delta Funding and is not applicable to any future purchaser/buyer of the property; <br /> 13 15.
