The laboratory that you plan to use is not stated as part of the plan. Please <br /> provide. <br /> 2. Sample results need to be sent directly from the laboratory to the EHD. <br /> 3. Site workers must have the appropriate level of safety training required to be <br /> onsite. <br /> 4. The EHD needs to be present during all site work to be conducted.
