A Zoning Reclassification that changes the permitted uses from an <br /> agricultureal use to a non- agricultural use , regardless of the General Plan <br /> designation . <br /> (b ) Mix of Uses . Mitigation shall only be required for that portion of the land that is <br /> being converted from an agricultural use to a nonagricultural use or zonene-lenger <br /> « gill be designated <br /> esignate as zonedfer agfietilt far land . T4iis Nonagricultural use <br /> includes any peftion e land to be used for park and recreation purposes . <br /> ( c) Agricultural Mitigation Ratio . The number of acres required for agricultural <br /> mitigation land shall be at least equal to the number of acres that will be changed <br /> from an agricultural use or zone to a non- agricultural use or zone (a 1 : 1 ratio ) . <br /> (ed) Types of Mitigation . Agricultural mitigation shall be satisfied by <br /> f6fth in Subseefie.n.
