Agricultural Technical Advisory Committee shall be permitted pursuant to Subsection (d) (2 ) so long as the land purchased by the Mitigation Bank meets the requirements of Sections 94080 . 3 (c) and 94080 . 5 subject to the following provisions : (th) Final Approvals . Agricultural mitigation land , for purposes of an agricultural land conservation easement or mitigation bank , must Bebe shown on the County General Plan as Agriculture and zoned for agricultural uses . Agricultural mitigation land shall include the Delta .
