Use of Sites <br /> 2530. Disposal at Classified Sites. Disposal of solid or <br /> liquid wastes shall be only at siteswhich have been approved by <br /> the appropriate regional water quality control board consistent <br /> with the classifications established by this subchapter and for <br /> which waste discharge requirements have been prescribed unless a <br /> waiver has been granted in accordance with Section 2540 of this <br /> subchapter. <br /> 2531. Disposal in Class I Sites. Any wastes may be dis- <br /> posed of in unlimited Class I sites. Wastes disposed of in <br /> limited Class I disposal sites shall be subject to waste discharge <br /> requirements which include limits on the type and quantity of <br /> material entering the site, the concentration of material in the <br /> waste disposed of on the site , and the amount of material present <br /> or remaining on the site after evaporation of liquids. <br /> 2532. Diglaosal in Class II Sites. y Group 2 or Group 3 <br /> wastes may be disposed of in C ss II sites. <br /> W Regional boards or other appropriate authorities may <br /> A. restrict the disposal of specific Group 2 wastes in Class II-1 <br /> or II-2 sites. <br /> i <br /> I- The disposal of certain Group 1 wastes may be allowed <br /> LE in a Class II-1 site by a regional board when, in the judgment <br /> of the board, such disposal will not unreasonably affect water <br /> quality. Such restricted disposal of specific Group 1 wastes <br /> shall be subject to terms and conditions considered appropriate <br /> z by the regional board. <br /> a 2533. Disposal in Class III Sites. Only Group 3 wastes <br /> may be disposed of in Class III sites. <br /> 2534. Record Maintenance and Inspection. Operators of <br /> Class I and Class II-1 sites shall maintain at their business <br /> address legible records of the volume and type of Group 1 waste <br /> received at the site and the manner and location of disposal . <br /> Such records shall be maintained specified by the state board <br /> for a period of not less than ten years on forms approved by the <br /> state board. Records shall be available for review by represen- <br /> tatives of the state or regional board at any time during normal <br /> business hours . When disposal operations cease, the records <br /> shall be forwarded to the regional board. <br /> 2535 . Completion of Disposal Operations. (a) Prior to <br /> cessation of disposal operations at a waste disposal site , the <br /> operator shall submit a technical report to the appropriate <br /> regional board describing the methods and controls to be used to <br /> assure protection of the quality of surface and groundwaters of <br /> - - <br />
