Provisions: <br />2. <br />h. Communication facilities shall be provided at the site <br />by September 1, 1978. <br />i. Approved safety helmets and respirators shall be provided <br />for all employees operating equipment at the site by <br />September 1, 1978. <br />j. Adequate measures for prompt fire control as required by <br />local fire authorities shall be provided at the site by <br />September 1, 1978. <br />k. Adequate measures to minimize the creation of dust at the <br />disposal site shall be instituted by the operator by <br />September 1, 1978. <br />1. Adequate litter control equipment shall be installed around <br />the working face of the site by October 1, 1978. <br />M. An adequate standby equipment list or a list of firms or <br />agencies which can supply needed replacement parts within <br />a 24 hour period shall be provided to the San Joaquin Local <br />Health District by September 1, 1978. <br />n. A safe area set aside for burning wastes received and a <br />means of extinguishing these wastes shall be provided at the <br />site by September 1, 1978. <br />E. Self -Monitoring Program: <br />1. The following items shall be monitored by the operator of this <br />facility or his agent and records shall be kept and made avail- <br />able to the San Joaquin Local Health District upon request: <br />a. Quantity and types of wastes received at the site per <br />day and per week. <br />b. Area of site utilized. <br />c. Quantity and type of wastes salvaged per month. <br />d. Number of vehicles utilizing the site per day and per <br />week. <br />
