May 4" 1979 <br />Project 116-1,3 <br />. <br />State of California <br />Regional Water Quality Control Board <br />Central Valley Region <br />3201 "Sn Street <br />Sacramento, CA 95816 <br />Attention: Frank McDermott, Area Engineer <br />Subject: Quarterly Monitoring Report: Austin Road <br />Class 11-1 Disposal Site, <br />San Joaquin County, California <br />r <br />Gentlemen: <br />This report covers the reporting period, January through March, 1979, . <br />in compliance with the monitoring requirements set forth in Order <br />73-183, Monitoring and Reporting program. <br />SOLID WASTE -GROUP 2 <br />All solid waste delivered for disposal has been transported by vehicles <br />owned and operated by Forward, Inc., the site owner' T is material is <br />commer'cial' Group -2 solid waste with a very low moisture content' Prior <br />to disposal, recoverable materials, chiefly paper products and ferrous <br />metals, are removed at the site recovery center. The unrecoverable <br />waste is then transported to the trench located at the southeast site <br />corner for final dispusu|.
