August q, 1979 <br />Project 116-1.3 <br />State of California <br />Regional Water Quality Control Board <br />Central Valley Region <br />3201 ''S'' Street <br />Sacramento, California 45816 <br />Attention: Frank McDermott <br />Subject: Quarterly Monitoring Report: Forward, Inc. <br />Class ||-| Disposal Site, <br />San Joaquin County, California <br />Gentlemen: <br />� <br />This report covers the reporting period of April through June, 1979, ' <br />in compliance with the monitoring requirements set forth in Order 73-183, <br />Monitoring Report Program. ^ <br />Since the site opened in January 1978, all solid waste delivered for disposal <br />has been transported by vehicles owned and operated by Forward` Inc., <br />the site owner' This material is commercial, Group -2 solid waste with a <br />low moisture content. Prior to disposal, recoverable materials, chiefly <br />paper products and ferrous metals, are removed at the site recovery center. <br />The unrecoverable waste is then transported to the trench located at the <br />southeast site corner for final disposal.
