The analytical <br /> report submitted along with your request indicates a 4% copper and <br /> 2`/, chromium content also. <br /> Your proposal to construct and prepare trench #3 to the same speci- <br /> fications as trenches #1 and 2 should assure continuous compliance <br /> with Board Order No. 73-183 . <br /> Prior to actual disposal, please forward results of as-built soil <br /> testing for the #3 trench' for our approval. <br /> In the event the waste is disposed at the site, copper and chromium <br /> analyses will be added to Monitoring and Reporting Program No . 73-183 <br /> for leachate ( onthly) and groundwater (quarterly) . <br /> STAN R.
