This inspection dis- <br /> closed the presence of approximately 6 feet of fluid in the riser pipes. <br /> The sumps will be pumped and the leachate transferred to the newly con- <br /> structed evaporation ponds following their inspection by State regulatory <br /> authorities. <br /> Since our last monitoring report , we have requested FMC-Modesto to cover - <br /> all loads of waste shipped to the site.
