0 .0 - <br />Page 3 <br />Mr. Gregory Basso <br />Sites not requesting a re-evaluation before the expiration of the grace <br />period, and sites failing to meet the criteria at the requested <br />re-evaluation, are subject to inclusion on the Open Dump Inventory list <br />that will be sent to the Environmental Protection Agency and published <br />in the Federal Register. <br />Further investigation is required in order to make a determination for <br />the five indeterminate criterion(ia) .
