On July 16, 1998 the Environmental Health <br /> 4 Department sent a letter to Bill Lane. The letter informed Mr. <br /> 5 Lane of the inspection that was conducted on June 3, 1998 and <br /> 6 the results of that inspection. The letter directed Mr. Lane to <br /> 7 cease and desist any further unauthorized disposal of solid <br /> 8 waste and to remove all unauthorized solid waste from the <br /> 9 property from the surface and sub-surface of the ground within <br /> 10 30 days (See Attachment U) . <br /> 11 bb. On October 29, 1998 The Environmental Health <br /> 12 Department received inspection reports from Community <br /> 13 Development Department, San Joaquin Valley Unified Air Pollution <br /> 14 Control District and Escalon Fire. The reports detail recent <br /> 15 violations and incidents of non-compliance regarding the subject <br /> 16 property (See Attachment V) . <br /> 17 cc. On November 4, 1998 Steven Mindt an employee of <br /> 18 the Environmental Health Department made a site visit . Mr. Mindt <br /> 19 took photographs of the subject property during the site visit <br /> 20 (See Attachment W) . <br /> 21 dd. On February 8, 1999 Steven Mindt an employee of <br /> 22 the Environmental Health Department made a site visit . Mr. <br /> 23 Mindt stated that no progress was being made on the clean up. <br /> 24 Mr. Mindt took photographs of the subject property (See <br /> 25 Attachment X) . <br /> 26 ee.
