Environmental Health Department <br />Facility Name and Address: COUNTRY SQUIRE MOBILE ESTATES & WATER SYSTEM, 4350 CHEROKEE RD, STOCKTO <br />Swimming Pool Official Inspection Report <br /> #7 Pool Deck <br />OBSERVATIONS: Observed vegetation between pool deck pads. Remove and keep pool deck free from vegetation. <br />CALCODE DESCRIPTION: An unobstructed 4-foot wide deck of concrete or like material shall be provided and maintained flush with the <br />top of the pool coping. Deck shall extend completely around the pool and shall further extend 4 feet on both sides and to the rear of any <br />diving board, ADA device, or slide. (CBC 3114B) Pool operator shall keep the pool deck well maintained. (CCR 65535) <br /> #15 Operation Records <br />OBSERVATIONS: Lacking operation test records. Maintain operation testing records for pool on site, free chlorine and pH <br />are to be tested daily and cyanuric acid if used is to be tested at least once a month. Correct today. <br />CALCODE DESCRIPTION: Pool operator shall test the disinfectant residual, pH, and spa water temperature a minimum of once per day. <br />Cyanuric acid concentration shall be tested once per month if cyanuric acid is used. Combined chlorine shall be tested as often as <br />necessary to maintain the concentration below 0.4 ppm. Pool operator shall maintain written records of all maintenance and test results <br />for at least two years and shall submit those records to the enforcement agency upon request. (CCR 65523) <br /> #17 Cleanliness of Pool <br />OBSERVATIONS: Observed black algae on sides and bottom of pool. Keep pool surfaces clean and free from slime and <br />algae. <br />CALCODE DESCRIPTION: Pool operator shall maintain clean pool water while the pool is in use and shall not allow debris to accumulate <br />in the pool. Pool operator shall clean the bottom, sides, and other surfaces of the pool as often as necessary to keep pool surfaces clean <br />and free of slime and algae. (CCR 65533) <br /> #18 Pool Shell and Tile <br />OBSERVATIONS: Observed horizontal cracks between coping and water line tiles at deep end. Seal cracks within 2 weeks. <br />CALCODE DESCRIPTION: Pool shells shall be white and have a smooth waterproof interior finish that will withstand repeated brushing, <br />and scrubbing. A spa pool may be finished in a light color other than white when approved by the enforcement agency. (CBC 3108B) <br /> #22 Skimmer Assembly <br />OBSERVATIONS: The skimmer is missing a float assembly. Provide within 1 week. <br />CALCODE DESCRIPTION: Pool shall be equipped to provide continuous skimming of the pool water. All parts of the skimmer shall be <br />maintained in accordance with manufacturer specifications. (CBC 3136B) <br /> #31 Disinfectant Feeders <br />OBSERVATIONS: Lacking an automatic chlorine feeder. Provide auto chlorinator within 2 week. <br />CALCODE DESCRIPTION: Each pool shall be provided with a system capable of continuous disinfection of the pool water. (CBC 3123B) <br />Disinfectant feeders shall be capable of supplying not less than the equivalent of 3 pounds of 100 percent available chlorine per day per <br />10,000 gallons of pool water.
