<br />OBSERVATIONS: The water at the nonadjustable hand sink in the employee restroom was 115 F. Maintain warm water
<br />between 100-108 F at nonadjustable hand sinks. Corrected on site it was 101 F.
<br />The water at both 2 comp sinks in the kitchen was 85 F. The water heater was turned on and the water reached 100 F
<br />during the inspection. Provide hot and cold water within hot water at 120 F minimum at both 2 comp sinks.
<br />CALCODE DESCRIPTION: An adequate, protected, pressurized, potable supply of hot water and cold water shall be provided at all times.
