Provide paper towels <br />today. Provide soap and paper towels from dispensers mounted to the wall in 1 week. <br />CALCODE DESCRIPTION: Handwashing soap and towels or drying device shall be provided in dispensers dispensers shall be <br />maintained in good repair. Whipped cream bags <br />are at 60F. Provide 41F or below today. I observe cream bags voluntarily discarded. <br />Facility can use ice bath to keep the whipped cream at 41F or below till unit repair. <br />CALCODE DESCRIPTION: Potentially hazardous foods shall be held at or below 41/ 45°F or at or above 135°F.
