Hours of Operation:The hours of operation at the facility shall be from 4:30 am to 6:00 pm. <br /> Transportation Corridors-Distance to Arterial Road&Ease of Access: <br /> San Joaquin County Code of Ordinances Title 4, Division 10,Chapter 1, and Title 9, provide that a <br /> Cultivator and Distributor Licensees premises, when located in a General Agriculture Zone, must be <br /> within 2,000 ft. of a major arterial road unless the County finds: <br /> i.There is sufficient ease of access from the proposed premises to major arterial roadways; <br /> ii.There is sufficient access for emergency vehicles; and <br /> iii.The (Cultivator/Distributor) License Applicant's ability to demonstrate it can secure its Premises to <br /> the satisfaction of the County; <br /> The subject property is located 1.62 miles West of Interstate 5 (a major arterial road). <br /> Frewert Road, adjacent to the site access point, connects to Manthy Road, a flat, paved County Road in <br /> good condition. Frewert Road is flat paved, and well maintained and 40 ft. wide at its most narrow <br /> point. With the facility access gate at 20' in width there is more than sufficient ease of access for public <br /> safety agencies responding for inspections or exigencies. <br /> Perimeter Security: <br /> Upon approval of the project by the County, perimeter security would be established by an 6' chain link <br /> fence with the addition of a secondary 8' electrified fencing system located 12" inside of the wire <br /> fencing system, creating a dual perimeter with higher clearance and electrical deterrent to shore up <br /> existing perimeter security.The project will be isolated from public and neighbor view through the <br /> addition of 3' High Carpet Rose Bushes, 15' High Crape Myrtle Trees at 20' O.C. and 20' High Cypress <br /> Trees at 6 O.C. <br /> Location of Activities: <br /> Cultivation: Buildings 1 — 12, 14- 16,and 18—22 <br /> Distribution: Buildings 13 and 17 <br /> Site Overview <br /> Area Breakdown <br /> GROSS SITE AREA: 92.39 Acres <br /> EXISTING: N/A—Existing structures on site not part of Project <br /> STRUCTURE(S): <br /> HE DEVELOPMENT CORP 2 <br />
