for distribution to licensed cultivators or retailers or placed into production into one of the facility's <br /> "Flower Rooms"within Buildings 1-12, 14-16,and 18-22. <br /> Cultivation Lighting Layout <br /> The cultivation lights inside of each grow room will be positioned directly above the rolling benches,with <br /> one (1) light placed every five feet running along the length of each bench. <br /> Cultivation Lighting Wattage <br /> 500-Watt Lights will be used in the Nursery Vegetation Process <br /> Storage <br /> The facility shall include Storage Rooms which shall house HDC equipment and cultivation supplies <br /> which will be locked and stored securely within each storage room within Building(s) 13 and 17. <br /> Office <br /> The office within Buildings 13 and 17 will serve as the central location for Management and <br /> Administration for operation of HDC's facility.It will also house the facility's computer systems and <br /> administrative equipment,as well as records and documentation required to be housed on site under San <br /> Joaquin County Code and State Law. <br /> These records shall be maintained by HDC for a period of seven (7)years and shall be made available to <br /> the San Joaquin County Sheriff's Department upon request,except for private patient records which shall <br /> be made available only pursuant to a properly executed search warrant,or court order.In addition to all <br /> other formats that HDC may maintain,these records shall be stored or produced on location in a printed <br /> format upon request. <br /> Any loss,damage or destruction of the records shall be reported to San Joaquin County Sheriff's <br /> Department within 24 hours of the loss,destruction,or damage. <br /> Record Keeping: <br /> HDC will maintain the following records on premises including but not limited to: <br /> 1.All Cultivation and Distribution Permits and licenses; <br /> 2.Cultivation and Distribution Plans and Operating Procedures; <br /> 3.All records evidencing compliance with environmental protection measures; <br /> 4.All supporting documentation for data or information input into the track-and- <br /> trace system; <br /> 5.All unique identifiers (UID's) assigned to product in inventory and all <br /> unassigned UID's.UID's that have been retired from the track-and-trace system shall be <br /> maintained for six(6) months after the tags are retired; <br /> 6.Financial records including but not limited to bank statements,tax records, <br /> sales invoices,and sales receipts; <br /> HE DEVELOPMENT CORP 5 <br />
