Equipment and Supply Storage <br /> HDC equipment and non-cannabis cultivation supplies will be kept within the Storage Rooms within <br /> Buildings 13 and 17,which will remain locked except as necessary for personnel access. <br /> Value Transfer Area: (Product Transportation) <br /> A Secure value transfer area will be utilized to accomplish secure transfers of finished cannabis flower <br /> and cannabis goods off-site by distributors,as well as transfers of currency off premises to secure <br /> locations off-site. <br /> Transfers of product and currency off-site will be conducted during hours of operation at random time <br /> intervals,with transporters using varying routes to and from the facility. <br /> Access in and out of the facility for Value Transfers will be facilitated through collaboration between the <br /> Security and Operations Managers,the security staff member,and the Secretary. <br /> Prior to arrival or departure of a transfer,the Security Manager will monitor the surveillance system and <br /> maintain correspondence with the security staff member at the facility entrance to confirm that the <br /> premises and surrounding area are free of any security threat. <br /> During a pickup of a cannabis shipment by a distribution transporter,once the distribution vehicle is <br /> securely within the access driveway inside the facility perimeter,the Operations Manager will unlock and <br /> open the door on the East side of Building 13 or West side of Building 17 to allow the Distribution driver <br /> access to the Distribution premises. <br /> The Operations Manager shall then close and lock the door.The Operations Manager will then transfer <br /> the cannabis batches prepared for shipment from the Cannabis Product Storage Room to the Distribution <br /> Vehicle located within the Value Transfer Area after the shipment is verified against the electronic <br /> manifest corresponding to the shipment.Once the shipment is verified,it shall be placed into the <br /> distribution vehicle for transfer off site once the Security Manager has confirmed the premises and <br /> surrounding area is free of any security threat. <br /> The Operations manager will be responsible for entering information into the State's"Track and Trace" <br /> system to record these transactions as necessary. <br /> Wastewater Collection Procedures <br /> Purpose <br /> 1.1 The purpose of this procedure is to detail the process of HDC`s Cultivation Departments onsite wastewater <br /> collection,and disposal process. <br /> Scope <br /> 1.2 The extent of this procedure includes,but is not limited to,the Cultivation Department at HDC's <br /> cultivation facility. <br /> Wastewater Collection Process <br /> 1.3 Before watering,the lead cultivation technician must always place a wastewater receptacle underneath the <br /> drainage grate located at the end of each cultivation tray <br /> 1.4 After placing the Primary Wastewater Receptacle underneath the drainage grate at the end of each <br /> cultivation tray/table,locate,and transport the Mobile Wastewater Receptacle into the cultivation room that <br /> you are about to water <br /> HE DEVELOPMENT CORP 13 <br />
