Prior to arrival or departure of a logistics vehicle,Operations Manager will monitor the surveillance system and maintain communication with the security staff member near the entrance to the facility to confirm that the facility is free of any security threat.The Security staff member will then authorize entry into and exit from the premises through the Access Gate following confirmation of security clearance. Receipt of Shipment of Cannabis Goods at Distribution Premises: The Distribution Value Transfer Area will be accessible only by the authorized HDC personnel and vendors transacting business on site.Entry into the value transfer area will be facilitated by the Operations Manager and facility security personnel.Such transactions will take place by appointment only. Following verification of identification and credentials by the Security staff members,and the logistics vehicle gaining access to the premises,Distribution driver(s) will be directed to drive to the East side of Building 13 and the West side of Building 17.The Security Manager will then close and lock the facility access gate once the vehicle is inside.The distribution shipment shall then be verified against the purchase order and electronic manifest related to the transaction by the Operations Manager. Following verification of the shipment,the cannabis product will be transferred by the Distribution Inventory Clerk into the Cannabis Product Storage Room to be securely stored and locked.The Value Transfer Area will be monitored by exterior surveillance cameras accessible to the Operations Manager, Security Administrators,HDC Executives. Transport of cannabis goods to Licensees from Distribution Premises: Shipments of cannabis goods to licensed distributors and retailers from the Distribution premises shall originate from within the Cannabis Product Storage Room,and ship from the Value Transfer Area,which shall always remain secured within the closed and locked perimeter fence during preparation of shipments prior to departure.The perimeter access gate shall remain closed and locked while the shipment is being loaded into the Distribution vehicle.Prior to departure of the shipment,the Operations Manager shall coordinate with security staff to ensure that the premises and its general vicinity are free of any security threat. Currency Transfers from Distribution Premises: Currency will be transferred off-site at irregular intervals,with notification of such transfers only to the Operations Manager,security staff,HDC Executives,and transporters contracted to facilitate such transfers. Upon a transfer of currency off-site,after verification of credentials and access to the facility being granted by security staff,the transport vehicle will be directed to drive up to the East side of Building 13 and the West side of Building 17.Once the transport vehicle is inside of the Value Transfer Area,the perimeter gate will be closed and locked.The Manager will then transfer currency from the Distribution premises to the Value Transfer Area and into the transport vehicle to be transported off site. Distribution Driver Security: HDC's distribution driver shall maintain a fully charged cellular phone enabling constant contact with HDC Executives,as well as a Personal Distress Alarm which will notify HDC Executives and Emergency Responders in the event of a security threat.
