Security Lighting: <br /> The exterior of the facility structures shall also be equipped with 360-degree motion activated security <br /> lighting illuminating a radius of 25 feet from the exterior of each building. <br /> Facility Access and Employee Security Policy: <br /> There will be no public access to the facility. Only HDC personnel (including security staff), as well as third <br /> party vendors and contractors will be allowed on site. All access points throughout the facility shall be <br /> kept locked during all hours of operation except as necessary to accommodate personnel movement. <br /> Entry and exit of all vehicles to and from the premises will be facilitated by the security staff member <br /> stationed near the entrance to the facility. <br /> Panic Buttons <br /> The facility will also be equipped with several panic buttons that will connect to the San Joaquin County <br /> Sheriff's Office in the event of an emergency. <br /> Security Staff and General Facility Security Directive <br /> The uniformed, state-licensed security guard will primarily be stationed near the entrance to the facility <br /> and will coordinate and monitor security from an interior office within the during all hours of operation. <br /> Remote monitoring during off hours shall remain in place twenty-four hours per day,seven days per week. <br /> Security personnel shall monitor site activity, prevent loitering, control site access, and serve as a <br /> deterrent to unlawful activities. The on-site security guard will be directed to prevent persons from <br /> remaining on the premises unless they are engaged in activity expressly related to the operation of the <br /> facility.Anyone under the age of 21 years will be prohibited. <br /> Employee,Visitor,Third Party Contractor Security- <br /> Only individuals authorized by HDC Executives shall be allowed to enter the facility, including employees, <br /> vendors, contractors, or others conducting business that requires access. Any individual present at the <br /> facility who is not an employee shall be escorted by a HDC employee whenever he or she is within these <br /> areas. <br /> HDC shall maintain a log of all non-employees who enterthe facility.This record shall be made to available <br /> to licensing authorities upon request. <br /> Product Security <br /> Except for the facility restrooms,employee breakroom and Manager/Security office,the entire interior of <br /> Buildings 13 and 17 will be monitored by interior surveillance cameras accessible to the Security Manager, <br /> security administrators, and HDC Executives. <br /> Logistics and Operational Security Measures <br /> Transactional Security <br /> Product and Currency Transfers: <br /> Transfers of product and currency in and out of the facility will be conducted only during hours of <br /> operation at random time intervals,with transporters using varying routes to and from the facility.Access <br /> in and out of the facility for Value Transfers will be facilitated through collaboration between the <br /> Operations Manager,security personnel and HDC executives. <br /> HE DEVELOPMENT CORP 23 <br />
