The name of the person notified shall be <br /> noted on the hard copy of the Manteca PD <br /> arrest/booking form. <br /> 15 . First Aid Kit . <br /> a . A fully stocked first aid kit is kept in the <br /> cabinets located in the booking room. <br /> 16 . Food-Frequency of Serving. <br /> a . Food shall be served three times in any 24 hour <br /> period . <br /> b. At least two of the meals in a 24 hour period shall <br /> include hot food . <br /> C . If more than 14 hours passes between these meals, <br /> supplemental food must be served . Additionally, <br /> supplemental food must be served in less than the <br /> 14-hour period for inmates on medical diets <br /> requiring more than three meals . <br /> d . A minimum of 15 minutes shall be allowed for the <br /> actual consumption of each meal except those inmates <br /> on medical diet where more time is required . <br /> e . Breakfast shall be served at , or as close as is <br /> reasonably practical to, 0700 . Breakfast shall <br /> consist of : a hot breakfast sandwich with egg, meat <br /> and cheese; orange juice . A frozen breakfast meal <br /> may be served in lieu of the breakfast sandwich if <br /> it provides the same nutritional value . <br /> f . Lunch shall be served at , or as close as is <br /> reasonably practical to, 1200 hours . Lunch shall <br /> consist of a Hamburger with lettuce and tomato, <br /> small order of french fries .
