The following is an itemized list of hazardous materials violations that have not been addressed for UNLIMITED COMPANY INC DBA : SMIT FARMS as of September 09 , 2022 . OBSERVATION This farm business does not meet the requirements for exemption from filing a training plan in the California Environmental Reporting System (CERS ) . The farming business did not: - annually submit the Hazardous Materials Inventory - mark each building that stores any pesticides , petroleum fuels and oil , or fertilizers with warning signs - provide training for all employees in safety procedures in the event of a release or threatened release of a hazardous material .
