All violations must be corrected within specified timeframe. Violations that are classified as "MAJOR" pose an immediate threat to public health <br />and have the potential to cause foodborne illness. All major violations must be corrected immediately. Non-compliance may warrant immediate closure of <br />the food facility. <br /> #21 Hot and Cold Potable Water Not Available <br />OBSERVATIONS: The water at the nonadjustable hand sink in the staff restroom was 71 F. Provide warm water between <br />100-108 F at this hand sink today. <br />The water at the 3 comp sink and mop sink was 106 F and 105 F respectively. Provide hot and cold water within hot water at <br />120 F minimum today. <br />CALCODE DESCRIPTION: An adequate, protected, pressurized, potable supply of hot water and cold water shall be provided at all times. <br />(113953(c), 114099.2(b) 114101(a), 114189, 114192, 114192.1, 114195) <br /> #29 Toxic Substances Properly Identified/Stored/Used <br />OBSERVATIONS: Observed RealKill pesticide spray can on top of cabinet in kitchen. Do not use pesticide spray inside <br />food facility and remove spray can from food facility. Correct today. <br />CALCODE DESCRIPTION: All poisonous substances, detergents, bleaches, and cleaning compounds shall be stored separate from food, <br />utensils, packing material and food-contact surfaces. (114254, 114254.1, 114254.2) <br /> #41 Plumbing Maintained; Approved Back Flow Device <br />OBSERVATIONS: Observed leaking from pipe under staff restroom hand sink. Repair leak within 1 week. <br />CALCODE DESCRIPTION: The potable water supply shall be protected with a backflow or back siphonage protection device, as required <br />by applicable plumbing codes. (114192) All plumbing and plumbing fixtures shall be installed in compliance with local plumbing <br />ordinances, shall be maintained so as to prevent any contamination, and shall be kept clean, fully operative, and in good repair.
