The <br />container with the raw shrimp was placed on the floor during this process. All food shall be separated and protected from <br />contamination. Notified the food manager. Food manager stated that the employee will be washing the shrimp and ask the <br />employee to pick up the shrimp and utensils and finish task on the counter. This was corrected on site. <br />I did not observe improper hand washing or a lack there of. <br />The person in charge is responsible for ensuring that the above mentioned facility is in compliance with all applicable sections of the California Health and <br />Safety Code.
