Discussed complaint with manager. MURO <br />Manager consented to complaint investigation. Observed the facility has 7 Eleven <br />brand pizzas in the open air display cooler. Each pizza is labeled with the name <br />brand, nutrition facts and baking directions. Pizzas are individual packaged over a <br />round cardboard disk and shrink wrap. A supply of the same pizza brand is stored <br />in the Turbo Air 1 - door cooler located at the front of the store on the right end of <br />counter. Pizzas are heated in a pizza warmer located at the front of the store right <br />end of counter opposite of the cooler and sold hot=/> 135 F to customers. <br />Complaint allegation was not confirmed. <br />Inspection Report was emailed to manager at: alan.oshier01@yahoo.com. <br />To minimize person-to-person contact, EHD is choosing to write the name of <br />person receiving the official inspection report instead obtaining a signature. <br />5105 . rpt <br />Page 1 of 1
