IN Environmental Health Department <br />Time In: 12:45 pm <br /> <br />Time Out: 1:19 pm <br />COMPLAINT INSPECTION REPORT <br />Name of Facility: 7 ELEVEN 38153A Date: 01/12/2022 <br />Address: 121 S CENTER ST, STOCKTON 95202 <br />Owner/Operator BSHARPS INC Telephone (209) 361-8332 <br />Program Element: 1600 - FOOD PROGRAM Complaint #: C00054580 <br />Responsible Party Contact: <br />DESCRIPTION OF COMPLAINT ALLEGATIONS <br />The San Joaquin County Environmental Health Department received the following complaint: <br />COMPLAINANT ALLEGES HE WITNESSED AN EMPLOYEE DROP A PIZZA ON THE FLOOR AND ACCIDENTALLY <br />STEP ON IT THEN PROCEED TO PICK IT UP AND PLACE IT BACK IN THE WARMER <br />***PLEASE CALL COMPLAINANT WITH FINDINGS <br />VIOLATIONS AND CORRECTIVE ACTIONS <br />Items listed on this report as violations do not meet the requirements set forth in the California Health and Safety Code commencing with section 7; <br />113700. All violations must be corrected within specified timeframe. Violations that are classified as "MAJOR" pose an immediate threat to public health <br />and have the potential to cause foodbome illness. All major violations must be corrected immediately. Non-compliance may warrant immediate closure of <br />the food facility. <br />OVERALL INSPECTION NOTES AND COMMENTS <br />FOOD ITEM -- LOCATION --TEMP ° F --COMMENTS <br />No Temperature Data Collected <br />NOTES <br />Went to facility for complaint investigation. Discussed complaint with manager. Manager consented to complaint investigation. <br />Observed the facility has 7 Eleven brand pizzas in the open air display cooler. Each pizza is labeled with the name brand, <br />nutrition facts and baking directions. Pizzas are individual packaged over a round cardboard disk and shrink wrap. A supply of <br />the same pizza brand is stored in the Turbo Air 1 - door cooler located at the front of the store on the right end of counter. <br />Pizzas are heated in a pizza warmer located at the front of the store right end of counter opposite of the cooler and sold <br />hot=/> 135 F to customers. Complaint allegation was not confirmed. <br />Inspection Report was emailed to manager. <br />To minimize person-to-person contact, EHD is choosing to write the name of person receiving the official inspection report <br />instead obtaining a signature. <br />The person in charge is responsible for ensuring that the above mentioned facility is in compliance with all applicable sections of the California Health and <br />Safety Code.
