Clean today and maintain <br />clean. <br />Observed debris on exhaust hood hoses and light bulb covers. Clean within 1 week and maintain clean. <br />Observed wooden table counter covered by plastic sheet used for cutting cooked meat. Remove wooden table and provide <br />table that is cleanable and is NSF or equivalent approved for commercial kitchen use. Corrected within 2 weeks. <br />Observed peeling metal sheets on top side of grill interior over where meat is cooked. Repair/replace grill to protect food <br />from contamination. Corrected on site, <br />sanitizer buckets with 200 ppm chlorine were provided. <br />CALCODE DESCRIPTION: Wiping cloths used to wipe service counters, scales or other surfaces that may come into contact with food <br />shall be used only once unless kept in clean water with sanitizer.
