Provide a corrective action statement and supporting documentation to the <br /> San Joaquin County Environmental Health Department within 30 days. <br /> This is a repeat violation, Class II. <br /> 601 CCR 66262.34(d)Stored hazardous waste onsite greater than 180 days(90 days acute/extremely). <br /> OBSERVATION: The following hazardous waste containers in the wash rack area were found on-site with an <br /> accumulation start date of greater than 180 days or no accumulation start date: <br /> -One black 55 gallon steel drum containing wash rack waste had a hazardous waste label missing the accumulation <br /> start date <br /> -One blue 55 gallon steel drum labeled "dirt/oil'had an 11/8/2021 accumulation start date <br /> REGULATION GUIDANCE: Title 22 California Code of Regulations section 66262.34. <br /> CORRECTIVE ACTION: Immediately dispose of the hazardous waste stored on site greater than 180 days in <br /> compliance with Title 22 California Code of Regulations.
