reviewed, no evidence of an impact to the subject Site from this facility <br />was identified. <br />• Michael Hat Farming Co., 22335 S. Olive, adjacent to the northeast, <br />Hazardous Materials, Underground Storage Tanks, and Aboveground <br />Storage Tanks databases. Live Oak reviewed records on file for this <br />facility at the San Joaquin County Environmental Health Department. An <br />Agricultural Hazardous Materials Inventory from 2010 indicated that <br />diesel, gasoline, Roundup, and Sulfur were stored at this facility. An <br />Underground Storage Tank Program application from 1989/1990 indicated <br />that a 500 -gallon leaded gasoline tank, a 500 -gallon diesel tank, and a <br />3,000 -gallon leaded gasoline tank were located at the facility. It appears <br />from correspondence in the file that that the 3,000 -gallon gasoline tank <br />and the 500 -gallon diesel tank were removed and replaced with <br />aboveground tanks. The structure area at this parcel is almost one- <br />quarter mile from the subject Site. Based on the records reviewed and the <br />distance from the structures to the Site, no evidence of an impact to the <br />subject Site from this facility was identified. <br />Live Oak attempted to access the San Joaquin County Haz Mat Viewer <br />(https-//www.sjmap.org/HazMatViewer/viewer.asp) on July 6 through 9, 2022; the <br />Haz Mat Viewer did not appear to be in service at this time. <br />Live Oak reviewed the San Joaquin County Environmental Health Department's <br />maps of Nitrate — Land Use Data and DBCP — Land Use Data dated February 20, <br />2019. According to the nitrate map (Plate 5), four wells within a one -mile radius <br />of the subject Site have been tested; nitrate was detected in one of the wells at <br />a concentration between 0.1 and 5.0 mg/L-N and in three wells at <br />concentrations over 10 mg/L-N. Five wells within a one -mile radius of the Site <br />were tested for DBCP (Plate 6); DBCP was detected in two of the wells at <br />concentrations between 0.01 and 0.2 ug/L and in one well at a concentration <br />over �tg/L; no DBCP was detected in the remaining two wells. The Maximum <br />Contaminant Level (MCL) set by the US EPA for nitrate is 10 mg/L-N; the MCL <br />for DBCP is 0.2 [g/L. <br />7.3 Agricultural Commissioner's Records <br />Live Oak contacted the San Joaquin County Agricultural Commissioner's Office <br />regarding agricultural use of the site. According to Monica Hernandez of that <br />office, the Site has been almond and walnut orchard farmed by Four K Farms in <br />the recent past (correspondence, June 6, 2022). A variety of agricultural <br />chemicals have been applied to the property since 2018, as indicated on the <br />attached table (Appendix 6). No violations were identified. <br />LOGE 2232 10 <br />
