Geosyntec
consultants
5. REPORTING AND SCHEDULE
Results of the soil vapor sampling will be documented in a Soil Vapor Investigation Report. The
report will describe soil vapor probe installation and sampling procedures, groundwater sampling
procedures, present a summary of analytical results, and provide a discussion of results at the Site
based on the findings of this investigation.
The report will also include an assessment of the protectiveness of the 2005 Threshold
Concentrations, taking into account the analytical results obtained by the investigation and the
Site-specific correlation factors developed after interpretation of these results. The need to update
Threshold Concentrations will be discussed, if warranted, following receipt of analytical results
and development of Site-specific correlation factors.
It is assumed that field work can begin following CRWQCB's review and concurrence of this
Work Plan, pending receipt of necessary permits. The field work is expected to take approximately
one week and will be completed in one mobilization. The laboratory analytical data obtained from
field work will be evaluated and a report documenting the results will be compiled into a draft
report and submitted to the CRWQCB within 60 days after Geosyntec's receipt of all analytical
results.
Work Plan for Vapor Intrusion Investigation 11 July 30,2021
