DRIVE-THRU SODA MACHINE SODA DID NOT TASTE RIGHT. COMPLAINANT'S <br />10 YEAR OLD CHILD ORDERED A CHILLY CHEESE DOG. THE CHILLY CHEESE DOG WAS AS HARD AS A ROCK AND NOT EDIBLE. Met with facility manager and discussed MURO <br />complaint. I was given consent to inspect premises. Per manager, the soda <br />fountain drink dispenser in the dining area has not been in use due to the ice <br />machine being out of order. The manager stated that customers that eat in the <br />dining area receive their drinks from the drive-thru fountain drink dispenser. The <br />fountain drink dispenser was shut off to prevent accidental usage. No violation <br />identified at the drive-thru fountain drink dispenser. The hot dogs are made to <br />order. They are kept inside the prep line cooler. Currently, hot dogs are at 38 F. <br />When ordered, they are heated to 155 F in the microwave then served to <br />customer. No violation identified with the hot dogs. Inspected women's restroom. <br />No leaks were observed. No violations identified in the restrooms.
