The tenant of <br />Space #42 is currently in the hospital. <br />01/06/2022 Reviewed complaint <br /> SALINAS <br />01/06/2022 Driving time and time on site. Met with the manager Elizabeth, I explained the SALINAS <br />complaint and she said that the tenants are responsible of the surfacing sewage. I <br />explained that anything on the owner's property is assumed to be the owner's <br />responsibility to my office. She let me in for an inspection. I observed Units 1-3 <br />with surfacing sewage at the sewage pipe. I also noticed space #42 with surfacing <br />sewage. I took pictures and notified the manager, I also spoke to her boss which <br />was the owner. I will email them with a list of things she need to provide in order <br />for me to close the complaint. <br />As previously requested, a copy of the receipt of the last time that they serviced <br />the septic tank. <br />Unit 1-3 and number 42 to be cleaned up around and inside to stop surfacing <br />sewage. Will stop either this friday or monday to verify compliance. <br />01/07/2022 office work: Created 6 photo logs and a sewage disposal notice to abate. Emailed SALINAS <br />Property manager all the photos and the notice to abate as well. <br />01/11/2022 I received a phone call from I, who is a resident in this Mobile SHIH <br />Home park. asked about the status of this complaint. I told r that Ms. <br />Salinas was out on site last week and issued notice to abate for surfacing sewage. <br />She also requested to be kept updated with the progress. <br />01/11/2022 visited property with Gabby G for a surfacing sewage complaint follow up. There SALINAS <br />was still surfacing sewage behind row #1 and on unit number 24, we drove around <br />to ensure no other RV was disconnected or dumping sewage. Additionally, met the <br />owners and manager and explained the violations and emailed the manager a <br />Sewage Notice to Abate with 24 hours to fix it. <br />01/12/2022 Created photo logs and sewage disposal notice to abate. Reviewed Septic plot SALINAS <br />plan, stated that there are 8 holding tanks, there is a 1200 gallon septic tank and <br />possibly has a sludge pump 3hp, 230 volt,17 amp SS.
