I also called <br />the manager to ask the status of the violations, she said that they have not and <br />asked her to clean up the surfacing sewage as soon as possible. I also called the <br />pump company that cleaned their tank and stated that he recommended them to <br />fix the leach lines but they ignored him. <br />01/19/2022 Visited property to follow up, observed spc 36 next door emty lot with surfacing SALINAS <br />sewage. SPC 41 surfacing sewage, spc 89 surfacing sewage, spc 11 does not <br />have secured connections to the sewage line. <br />01/19/2022 Created photo logs for spc 36 and 41 postings. SALINAS <br />01/20/2022 created photo logs for SPC 89 and SPC 11. SALINAS <br />01/20/2022 Reached out to Elizabeth (manager) to request copy of the septic company receipt SALINAS <br />who was hired for the sewage clean up and to determine why the system keeps <br />backing up. I stressed the importance of the receipt to be able to close the <br />complaint or keep it open until it is repaired. Going on maternal leave tomorrow. <br />PRinted and added to the complaint. <br />01/21/2022 MAILED REGULAR SEWAGE DISPOSAL NOTICE TO ABATE (x3), DATED BALLWAHN <br />01/11/2022, 01/06/2022, & 01/19/2022 TO PROPERTY OWNER <br />132 INVESTMENTS <br />ORCHARD RV PARK <br />30836 S AIRPORT WAY <br />TRACY CA 95304 <br />01/21/2022 Visited property, drove around with Gabby. Observed Spc 11 properly connected SALINAS <br />to sewer, spc 41 without surfacing sewage, and spc 89 without surfacing sewage. <br />Lastly SPC 36 had surfacing sewage being pumped and disinfected by a <br />maintenance crew member. We also observed another maintenance crew <br />member cleaning up the system for space 39. I spoke to owner and crew <br />members. Crew member who was cleaning the sewer line stated that every week <br />they have to clean them. I requested the owner who was there listening to the <br />maintenance guy to provide me a receipt from the septic company stating the <br />issue of the septic system backing up. The owner keeps saying that the tenants <br />are doing it on purpose. Robert from the septic company has stated that some <br />leach lines require repairs. <br />02/07/2022 drove around the park, observed unit 3 rv being moved to another unit, surfacing <br />sewage, posted for surfacing sewage and to cap the sewer line since it is now <br />vacant lot. After driving around the park and checking for fresh surfacing sewage, I <br />went to the manager and owner. They insisted that it is the tenant's fault of all of <br />the sewage problems. I stated that it is the owner's responsibility regardless who <br />was to blame. requested for the nth time an estimate from the septic guy but <br />Manager said to reach out to Rick to get it from him.
