CLASS II-1 LANDFILL, SAN JOAQUIN COUNTY, BOARD ORDER 73-183 <br /> Our review of the files for Forward, Incorporated II-1 landfill shows the <br /> discharger to be in general compliance, with only minor violations. <br /> Forward's quarterly monitoring reports and our inspections have not indicated <br /> any water quality problems or major violations of their requirements thus far. <br /> However, the firm has been negligent in submitting self-monitoring reports <br /> on time. They are aware of this problem and will work to correct it. In <br /> addition, _we requested-them to submit an operations plan in October 1980 . <br /> The plan was received in August of the following year.
