" <br /> RESPONSE <br /> Appropriate safety shower and eye wash facilities are being <br /> prepared for installation within the time limits specified. <br /> 4. "No approved cartridge respirators . " <br /> RESPONSE <br /> Approved cartridge respirators have been purchased and will <br /> be used by site personnel as required. <br /> Some other points in the report and attached memo which <br /> require a response are as follows: <br /> Drilling mud and brine wastes referenced in paragraph 3 of <br /> the memo were sampled by representatives of the Department of <br /> Health Services on the date of the site inspection.
