Conformance to all criteria, discharge specifications, monitoring and reporting provisions, and requirements for discontinuance of the California Regional water Quality Control Board, Central Valley Region. 9. The site shall not be open to the general public unless decided otherwise by the Board of Supervisors. Any fees charged to the public shall be subject to approval by the Board of Supervisors. 10. Applicant shall post a bond in an amount determined by the Public Works Department to be sufficient to restore the site in the event the applicant terminates the project and fails to comply with all conditions of approval, subject to approval by the Board of Supervisors. 11. A re-use plan of the site to be approved by the Board of Supervisors prior to February 15, 1974. Such re-use plan may be revised, subject to approval of the Board of Super- visors, to serve changing needs. 12. Cannery wastes shall not be disposed of upon the site. A review of the approved Reuse/Development Plan noted several items which were not apparent: 1. Most of the required landscaping along Austin Road does not exist. 2. A 6 ' chain link fence has not been installed along Austin Road, south of Little Johns Creek and along the south property line. 3. A 6 ' planting area was shown south of the creek and included 2" Calipre Evergreen trees spaced 15 ' on center. 4. The existing storage area for bins and equipment does not conform with the Plan. Condition go. 14 states, in part. . . "Such reuse plan may be revised, subject to approval of the Board of Supervisors, to serve changing needs. " Unless the Board of Supervisors authorizes any revision, all conditions of Use Permit No. U-73-9 must be complied with. Those items noted above are the most obvious and with which the staff is most familiar with. The Local Health District has indicated that you are in compliance with those items of concern to them.
