Conformance to all criteria, discharge specifications, <br /> monitoring and reporting provisions, and requirements for <br /> discontinuance of the California Regional water Quality <br /> Control Board, Central Valley Region. <br /> 9. The site shall not be open to the general public unless <br /> decided otherwise by the Board of Supervisors. Any fees <br /> charged to the public shall be subject to approval by the <br /> Board of Supervisors. <br /> 10. Applicant shall post a bond in an amount determined by the <br /> Public Works Department to be sufficient to restore the <br /> site in the event the applicant terminates the project and <br /> fails to comply with all conditions of approval, subject to <br /> approval by the Board of Supervisors. <br /> 11. A re-use plan of the site to be approved by the Board of <br /> Supervisors prior to February 15, 1974. Such re-use plan <br /> may be revised, subject to approval of the Board of Super- <br /> visors, to serve changing needs. <br /> 12. Cannery wastes shall not be disposed of upon the site. <br /> A review of the approved Reuse/Development Plan noted several items <br /> which were not apparent: <br /> 1. Most of the required landscaping along Austin Road does not <br /> exist. <br /> 2. A 6 ' chain link fence has not been installed along Austin <br /> Road, south of Little Johns Creek and along the south <br /> property line. <br /> 3. A 6 ' planting area was shown south of the creek and included <br /> 2" Calipre Evergreen trees spaced 15 ' on center. <br /> 4. The existing storage area for bins and equipment does not <br /> conform with the Plan. <br /> Condition go. 14 states, in part. . . "Such reuse plan may be revised, <br /> subject to approval of the Board of Supervisors, to serve changing <br /> needs. " Unless the Board of Supervisors authorizes any revision, <br /> all conditions of Use Permit No. U-73-9 must be complied with. <br /> Those items noted above are the most obvious and with which the <br /> staff is most familiar with. <br /> The Local Health District has indicated that you are in compliance <br /> with those items of concern to them. <br />
