All changes would be incorporated into <br /> the necessary permits and be subject to the condition that all necessary approvals <br /> by local and State agencies be obtained. <br /> The process involving the Environmental Health and Air Pollution Control District <br /> will be processed within thirty (30) days of receipt of the engineered report. <br /> If you have any questions regarding this matter, please feel free to contact me. <br /> Jack J.
