Class II-I site on <br /> Austin Road by March, 1983 . <br /> Use Permit No. U-73-9 was approved by the Board of Supervisors <br /> on February 15, 1973, subject to numerous conditions. <br /> Standard Condition No. 2 states . . . <br /> "The attached plot plan is hereby made a permanent part of this <br /> approved use permit and shall be identified as "Exhibit A", and <br /> all construction, reconstruction, moving, remodeling or other <br /> structural alteration shall be made in conformity therewith® <br /> Any variation from said plot plan shall be first approved by <br /> the Planning Department, commission or Board of Adjustment® " <br /> Condition No. 11 also notes . ® . <br /> "A re-use plan of the site to be approved by the Board of <br /> Supervisors prior to February 15, 1974. Such re-use plan may <br /> be revised, subject to approval of the Board of Supervisors to <br /> serve changing needs® " <br /> The re-use/development plan was adopted by the Board on April 25, <br /> 1974 following a time extension® <br /> Your proposal to construct and operate a 15,000 GPD hazardous <br /> waste treatment facility at the existing Forward, Inc. Class II-I <br /> site on Austin Road is a substantial departure from the activities <br /> encompassed within Use Permit No. U-73-9® The proposed facility <br /> is subject to another Use Permit. <br /> Consequently, the project is subject to Environmental Review <br /> which may necessitate another E.I.R. <br />
