be acceptable. <br /> 2 f. Reasonable suggestions during actual sampling to <br /> 3 accommodate unexpected occurrences may be made by any of <br /> 4 the parties and will not be unreasonably denied. (For <br /> 5 instance, if perched water is encountered, a hand auger <br /> 6 may be used. If the driller cannot drill on the slope, <br /> 7 the driller will move out from the pit to the nearest <br /> 8 point at which he can drill. ) <br /> 9 9. San Joaquin Farm Bureau Federation may elect on-site to <br /> 10 stop the drilling at the end of the first day, or at any <br /> 11 time thereafter , but shall immediately communicate that <br /> 12 fact to the on-site manager for All-Terrain Drilling and <br /> 13 to Jack McCollough, if he is on site. <br /> 14 h. San Joaquin Farm Bureau Federation will pay for the <br /> 15 above services by All-Terrain, except that if additional <br /> 16 samples are requested by any person other than San <br /> 17 Joaquin Farm Bureau Federation, the taking, splitting, <br /> 18 and analysis of those additional samples shall be at the <br /> 19 expense of the person requesting the additional samples. <br /> 20 i.
