1 of the Regional Water Quality Control Board may <br /> 2 accompany the driller' s employee in the vehicle <br /> to Brown and Caldwell in Emeryville, and return <br /> directly to Stockton. <br /> 3) San Joaquin Farm Bureau Federation will pay the <br /> 6 Greyhound costs. <br /> 7 3. Brown and Caldwell will perform the process of drying, <br /> grinding and splitting the samples as follows : The samples will <br /> be dried, ground, and then divided by Brown and Caldwell into <br /> 10 three ( 3) portions (and in specific oases, into four portions) <br /> 11 as follows : <br /> 12 a. One portion will be delivered by Brown and Caldwell to <br /> 13 Forward, Inc. , (or its consultant or at its or his <br /> 14 direction) forthwith; <br /> 15 b. One portion will be delivered by Brown and Caldwell t <br /> 16 the direction of Richard W. Konig, forthwith; <br /> 17 C. One portion will be stored at Brown and Caldwell for <br /> 18 future use in accordance with a later order of the <br /> 19 court; and <br /> 20 d. A fourth portion will be taken from some of the samples'. <br /> 21 to the extent identified and requested at the time the <br /> 2 samples are taken (or before) by Regional Water Quality <br /> 23 Control Board personnel, and such samples shall be sent <br /> 24 or delivered by Brown and Caldwell to Regional Water <br /> 25 Quality Control Board staff forthwith (that is, as soon <br /> 26 as the above processing has been completed. ) <br /> 27 San Joaquin Farin Bureau Federation will pay the above costs <br /> 28 of Brown and Caldwell. <br /> -7- <br />
