MONITORING AND REPORTING PROGRAM -2- <br /> FORWARD, INC. , CLASS II-1 SOLID <br /> WASTE DISPOSAL SITE, AUSTIN ROAD <br /> SAN JOAQUIN COUNTY -� <br /> GROUND WATER (QUARTERLY) <br /> Ground water monitoring wells shall be installed .at the locations which have been <br /> approved by staff as shown on Attachment. Prior to construction, plans and speci- <br /> fications for ground water monitoring wells shall be submitted to Board staff for <br /> review and approval . Samples shall be analyzed for the following: <br /> Depth to Total <br /> Date Ground Water Hardness Alkalinity EC pH TDS <br /> Constituents (mg/1 ) <br /> SO4 Cl Ca Mg Fe Zn Ni Cr As Ba . Sr <br /> Proposed wells shown on Attachment shall be constructed according to the following <br /> schedule: <br /> Task Compliance Date <br /> Submit well construction 1 January 1983 <br /> Plans and Specifications <br /> Construct Well Nos. 10-12 1 March 1983 <br /> Construct Well Nos. 13 & 14 1 May 1983 <br /> Construct Well Nos. 15 & 16 1 September 1983 <br /> REPORTING <br /> In reporting the monitoring data, the Discharger shall arrange the data in tabular <br /> form so that . the date, the constituents, and the concentrations are readily <br /> discernible. The data shall be summarized in such a manner to illustrate clearly <br /> the compliance with waste discharge requirements. <br /> Quarterly monitoring reports shall be submitted to the Regional Board by the 15th <br /> day following the calendar quarter. <br />
