Stahler :
Enclosed are copies of two 'Brown and Caldwell Reports dated
December 30, 1982, stated in milligrams per liter , based on a s
"saturation extract" :
One addressed to me, received January 12, 1983 (and
Mr . Baler 's comments on it, dated January 5, 1983)
The other addressed to Greg Basso, received January 6,
1983 showing a carbon copy to Forward 's consultant,
Mr . McCullough.
I
The reports state the chlorides at the 8 to 10 foot depth to
be 1,150 and 1, 270 , respectively, and state the electrical
conductivity at that level to be 3,710 and 3,690, respectively.
These are significantly high readings and show that the ponds are
leaking significantly.
I
i
i
a
y
{
k
