This leachate was analyzed and the results were submitted <br /> with our 4th Quarter (1982) monitoring Report with a request for <br /> permission to move the leachate to Pond #3. The leachate is currently <br /> being contained in the embankment enclosure on Trench #2. On <br /> February 14, 1983, we met with a contractor .to explore the cost and <br /> feasibility of covering the FMC waste inside the embankment with a <br /> plastic cover to prevent blowing of waste. This cover should be in <br /> place within 2 to 3 weeks. <br /> - Drainage work on completed Group 1 Trench caps. (Group 1 Trenchs #1, <br /> #2 and #3) <br /> As previously indicated, we were in the process of placing and com- <br /> pacting additional cover material over the trenches when rain forced <br /> us to discontinue grading oper tions.
